Frequently Asked Questions

We select only products that stand out for high quality, origin from small artisanal productions, genuine ingredients, or traditional processing methods. We do not offer mass-market products, but rather true gastronomic excellence.

Shipping costs in Italy are €4.99. We offer free shipping for orders over €69. For the Islands, we request an extra contribution of €5.

All orders received from Monday to Friday by 4:00 PM are processed (entrusted to the courier) as soon as payment is received. Orders received on Friday by 4:00 PM are shipped (entrusted to the courier) the following Monday. Orders from Friday evening to Monday 4:00 PM are dispatched the following Tuesday. Courier delivery times are usually 1-3 business days in Italy (islands and remote areas may require an extra day). You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the order is shipped.

We accept payments via Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, and Bank Transfer (in which case the order is shipped after receipt of payment).

If the package arrives damaged or the contents are not compliant, please take photos and contact us immediately by email at the following address: dallaterra.store@gmail.com no later than 48 hours from receipt, attaching the details. We will immediately find the most suitable solution (replacement or refund).

As these are perishable food products or have specific hygiene regulations, the Right of Withdrawal is limited or excluded for certain items (as provided for by the Consumer Code). For non-perishable and sealed products, the right of withdrawal applies within 14 days. Please refer to the "Terms and Conditions" section for specific details on returns.
