Aging at sea is a process that gives wine unique characteristics, enhancing its organoleptic profile. Each bottle, during the aging process, is laid on the seabed at a depth of 38 meters in the "Le Profondità" underwater winery in the Adriatic Sea, 4.5 nautical miles from the coast in front of the city of Termoli (CB). Each bottle is a unique piece; choose the one that will give your dinners a unique character.
